We’re looking for a Software Engineering Manager to coordinate one of our squads within the Trading domain: Pre-Trade, New Dealing Journeys, or Trade Execution. Each squad plays a key role in delivering functionality that matters to clients - from enabling informed investment choices, to streamlining order placement, to ensuring fast and reliable trade execution. Squad assignment will be based on experience and team fit. All squads operate in a dynamic, product-centric environment focused on delivery excellence.
We’re seeking someone with practical experience in continuous delivery, including daily deployments and ownership of production systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging in strategic discussions with Product Owners, identifying the most valuable features, and defining and measuring metrics to track progress toward business goals.
Our squads work with modern technologies such as React, React Native, Java, Spring Boot, SQL and AWS. Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices and high-availability environments is highly desirable, particularly for roles closer to backend and execution layers. We value engineering managers who foster ownership, teamwork and continuous improvement, and who guide their teams through complex technical and product problems with clarity and purpose.
