Every day, we consistently implement the mission of strategic digital transformation of our parent company – Hargreaves Lansdown – by providing secure and innovative software. We make every effort to ensure that the solutions are comprehensive and of the highest quality in every respect.

Throughout the process of creating and developing software, development teams are supported by IT Analysts / Product Owners, Architects, Database Engineers, DevOps Engineers, IT Support Specialists, and Scrum Master.

Michał Głowiński

General Manager CIO of 2018

Michał has worked in IT throughout his entire professional life – first developing software for the financial sector, later implementing software from suppliers. He gained his experience in large financial and insurance organisations. Working for a major global insurance company, he was responsible for the portfolio of applications in 33 countries. He also worked at the IT centre of the Ministry of Interior, where he built an efficient, 130-strong team for the software development department. He started his career working for one of Poland's leading software suppliers. Winner of the 16th edition of the longest-running and most prestigious competition for the best CIO in Poland, organised by the CEO magazine.

He holds a Master's degree in software engineering from the Poznan University of Technology and an MBA diploma from the Kozminski Academy.
