As a Product team member under Corporate IT, you’ll be responsible for building, supporting and securing Workday(WD). This will be through active engagement and working with the business stakeholders and third party suppliers. You will adopt Agile working principles and ensure delivered change is in compliance with the appropriate company policies and adds value.

Within this role, you’ll be working closely with other members of the Squad and look for continuous improvement in delivery of our services and the use of WD. You will help champion

Workday among HL colleagues and look at ways of how our services and system engagement/feedback can be optimised.
We know that ideal candidate may not exist, so will be happy to consider different applications.

Majority of colleagues are working remotely, but there is possibility to work from office which is located in Warsaw Spire.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Responsible for creating and maintaining high quality config adhering to agreed team and regulatory governance, and the review of others implementation.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to help deliver significant new features for the business.
  • Providing support for existing implementation in a timely manner.
  • To ensure existing and newly developed solutions are reliable, secure, performant and maintainable.
  • Maintaining ongoing awareness of new Workday release(s)/updates and practices.
  • Responsible for documenting all solutions, produced to agreed team standards.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and further technologies & techniques embraced by the product team.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships both within working squad and in HL as a whole.
  • Actively participating in Workday working groups and communities of practice designed to support the product team internal/external.
  • Continually developing both technical and interpersonal skills (weighted towards technical).
  • Providing coaching & mentoring to peers.
