UI/UX Designer

Warsaw, Poland / 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who will join our UX team. You will collaborate with the Business Owners, Tech, and Creative and Marketing teams, some of them based in our headquarter in Bristol. Key responsibilities

  • Generate look-and-feel visual concepts for web-based back office business applications and client facing interfaces
  • Create final visual design for handoff to developers
  • Screen and interaction design using our internal design system
  • Responsible for its maintenance and compliance
  • Cooperation with QA team to verify and validate design implementation
  • Cooperation with Stakeholders to independently gather requirements
  • Define Information Architecture for business apps to expose only what is necessary to the end-user through simple UI and Interaction

Must have:

  • 2 + Years' Experience within the User Experience
  • Experience of working to brand guidelines
  • Good understanding of design principles, and working as part of a design community
  • Practical working experience in the interface/graphic design field
  • Support developers in bringing designs to life
  • Familiarity with design software: Adobe XD, Sketch
  • Know and utilize UI trends and best-practices
  • Know how to gather requirements from users and stakeholders
  • Advocate for users while understanding business goals
  • Strong, clean and creative Portfolio
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confidence to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • At least basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
