Data Engineering Manager

As part of our data strategy were investing into a new data platform with AWS. This platform will enable us to combine data from multiple sources and analyse it in batch or near real time, unlocking the value behind our data.

Role of the Data Engineering Manager is focused on coordinating the work around the platform, being responsible for both development and operational sides. This will be done by managing backlogs of teams involved in building and leveraging the data platform as well as overseeing technical implementations.

We are looking for you to operate in a hybrid way of working with at least two days in the office each week and the rest remotely, our office is located in Warsaw Spire. However, all work must be performed within Poland, and remote work from abroad is not available.

We encourage employees to participate in company events (team meetings, conferences, integration activities, etc) at least once per quarter/half year.
